This relaxed two-hour evening workshop will teach you all the basics of modern calligraphy, and you'll leave with the equipment and the knowledge you need to continue writing beautifully at home.

After the demonstration of the tools and techniques of the style, you’ll dive straight into practicing the fundamental strokes, before moving onto the alphabet. The small class size means that there would be plenty of opportunity for one on one teaching and troubleshooting. Blank cards, gift tags, and bookmarks will be provided for you to decorate using your new skills. All participants will receive their own calligraphy kit (including nib and holder, ink and worksheets, all in a cotton tote bag) to use in the class and take away with them afterwards.

You only need to bring yourself and you will receive a lovely starter kit to take home!
